Before taking Counseling as her freelance profession, she has worked as Customer Relationship Manager and other Management roles in leading Telecom, Automobiles and Retail industries.
She has additional Credentials which are mentioned below.
She was inclined towards healing from the beginning and had learnt Karuna Reiki, Ayurvedic massage and Cranio sacral balancing healing methods during her initial days of exploring her passion in this field. During her spiritual journey, which spans over more than 25 years, learnings from various resources, masters, books, live Satsangs, experiments with meditation techniques and also her own learnings from life made her realize that we human beings are complex and all the four aspects which she would like to call as four pillars of life such as Nutrition, Psychology, Relationship with others and Meditation - all are essential for the well being of the individuals and hence the society. All these aspects are interconnected and influence each other to a great extent and hence it can be called as Holistic or Integrated health approach.
For example, a headache can be due to stomach ailment or stress in office or some emotional stress due to strained relationship or hormonal imbalance. Unless the predominant cause is identified and addressed, it may not resolve and it may keep repeating until the root cause is addressed. We keep shifting from one solution to other and it consumes lot of time, energy and other resources. Hence in her unique approach, she will try look deeper into the cause of the problem and offer the best solution possible to clear the issue in the best scientific way. And if required, combination of 2 or more solutions customized to the individual needs because no two persons are alike.
Holistic and integrated approach for healing the issues related to body, mind and emotional aspects. You need not have to visit multiple people to address your issues for your overall wellbeing. You can choose from any one or more issues as per the individual requirement.
Her dream is to become someone who can guide and support her family, friends, clients and thereby to make our Indian society not only materially grown but also psychologically happy and sound in this technology driven world.
